The day got hot today.
Hot enough to melt the soles of your shoes to the sidewalk, mid-walk.
Mid-talk, mid-flock.
Maybe not really but it was a heater.
My responsibilities for the day were none. I welcomed each moment with enjoyment and took the day with the mindset of living in the now.
The poolside cooled my body and soul.
Harmon's Deli fed my appetite
Silver Fox fancied my sweet tooth.
Dreams took me away.
Now I'm at McDonalds, borrowing WiFi.
It doesn't smell like roses in here, but the thick oily air gives absorbs into my skin giving me an almost free meal. Yum.
The sun is setting and Mr. Nikon is calling, seeking good light.
